Hi! I am Jonathan Chanice, the owner of the original Triangle Construction, LLC. here in the Triangle.  

I moved to Holly Springs, North Carolina in 2007 with my loving wife of 16 years. We have 4 beautiful children, a daughter age 17 and 3 boys, ages 13, 12 and 9.

I started construction while living in New York. I started renovating my first house just before I was married. The "fixer upper" projects turned into demolishing the entire first floor down to the studs, renovating the entire kitchen and bathrooms, and the addition of a loft to the upstairs. I also installed new windows a few at a time, a new front door and new vinyl siding.

I had never done construction! My wife and in-laws kept telling me I have a great talent and I should do something with it. I then started to take on some side jobs, did some renovations for family and opened my own business with a friend. That was 15 years ago. When my wife and I decided to move to NC, I had no business contacts and relied on the quality of my work to get us started. For several months, I traveled from NC to NY to finish existing work. In no time, I developed my customer base here and no longer needed to travel.

I never thought that my first house would give me the opportunity to have the business I have today. I truly love my work and enjoy what I do.

I have been told that I am a bit of a perfectionist, I guess that is where my customers benefit.

I don't know many contractors that can say there business is based on 100% referrals and repeat customers. I feel I am blessed to be able to say that.
