Holly Springs, North Carolina is home to owner Jonathan Chanice along with his wife Catherine and his four beautiful children, a daughter age 19 and 3 boys ages 16, 14 and 11.

Jonathan started construction while living in New York. He started renovating his new house just before he got married. The “fixer upper” projects turned into demolishing the entire first floor down to the studs, renovating the entire kitchen and bathrooms, and the addition of a loft to the upstairs. He also installed new windows, a new front door, and new vinyl siding.

Jonathan and Catherine decided to move to NC, he had no business contacts and had to rely on the quality of his work to get Triangle Construction started.
